Mmodemmo School Management System is a Windows desktop application with a web/online companion portal that helps schools manage school-based assessment (class exercises, terminal exams and mock exams) with chart-based analysis, student records, attendance, levy collection, and SMS updates to parents — with data synchronized between the desktop application and the online portal.

Access is controlled entirely by the school. The administrator sets up the desktop application, then issues each teacher a PIN and portal link for the specific classes and duties (attendance, levies, SBA & mock exams marks) they are assigned to. Access can be reassigned or revoked by the admin at any time.

The application syncs data to a Google Sheet that the school owns and controls, and keeps an encrypted backup copy in the school's own Google Drive. Nothing is shared with, or visible to, any other school or third party. See the full Privacy Policy for details on the exact permissions requested.
The school administrator authenticates with their school's Google account so the desktop application can sync data to that school's own Google Sheet and store a backup copy in that school's own Google Drive. Teacher access to the online portal is separately controlled through admin-issued PINs, not through Google sign-in.

Mmodemmo School Management System does not request access to Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service, and does not use Google account data for advertising.

The desktop application itself is used by one person at a time — it's installed on a single machine and only one account can be logged in at once, even though the admin can create multiple user accounts. Real concurrency comes from the online portal: teachers can record data at the same time as each other (and while the admin is using the desktop app) from their own phone or computer using their PIN, without conflicts, because the portal runs separately from the desktop application.
The admin can revoke or reissue any teacher's PIN at any time from the desktop app, immediately cutting off or restoring their access to the portal.
